The soft approach
I like to think that marketing works better when it's done honestly, which is why I'm rarely exuberant and loudmouthed about what's going on at work.
I think it's easier for people to trust my recommendations when they're not given out for everything, and when everything my company produces isn't automatically 100% awesome.
